Intellectual Property and Asset Usage
You may only upload, publish, or distribute assets — including images, graphics, logos, illustrations, and any
other creative works — that you own or have explicit permission to use commercially.
Uploading assets that are protected by copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property right without
the rights holder's written authorization is strictly prohibited. This includes assets found online, stock imagery
used outside the scope of a valid license, and any derivative works that incorporate protected material.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload to the platform does not infringe upon the
rights of third parties. Proizvo does not verify ownership or licensing status of assets at upload time.
If you are uncertain whether you have the right to use a particular asset commercially, do not upload it.
Ignorance of copyright law is not a valid defense and does not limit your liability.
Enforcement
Proizvo reserves the right to remove any content that is reported as infringing or that we reasonably believe
violates these terms, without prior notice. Repeated or deliberate violations may result in account suspension
or permanent termination.
Rights holders who believe their work has been used without authorization may contact us to submit a takedown
request. We will investigate all credible reports and respond in a timely manner.
Platform Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others. You must not use Proizvo to distribute illegal content, engage in fraud, or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or its users.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
